摘  要:深部破碎巷道围岩在受到高地应力影响时,围岩变形量加剧,控制困难,给巷道正常掘进和使用带来不利影响。本文以山东安居煤矿-1155水平东翼胶带大巷为工程研究对象,采用理论分析和现场调研的方法,得出深部破碎巷道围岩的变形特征,根据其变形特点提出“预应力注浆锚杆+锚索+金属网+喷浆+注浆”联合支护方式对围岩进行控制,通过监测巷道锚杆和锚索受力变化情况和巷道围岩变形情况,对支护效果进行评价。结果表明,采用该支护方案后,锚杆锚索受力尚未达到屈服强度,巷道围岩变形量在安全范围内,采取的巷道支护措施可以确保巷道掘进和使用安全。When the surrounding rock of deep fractured roadway is affected by high ground stress,the deformation of surrounding rock is intensified and difficult to control,which adversely affects the normal mining of the roadway.This paper takes Shandong Anju Mine-1155 level east wing roadway as the engineering research object,using theoretical analysis and field research method,the deformation characteristics of deep fractured roadway surrounding rock were obtained,according to its deformation characteristics,"pre-stressed grouting anchor+anchor cable+metal mesh+slurry spraying+grouting"combined support method was proposed to control the surrounding rock.The support effect was evaluated by monitoring the change of the anchor rod and anchor cable force and the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.The results showed that after adopting the support scheme,the anchor rod and anchor cable did not yet reach the yield strength,the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock was within the safe range,and the roadway support measures can ensure the safety of roadway mining.
