摘 要:目的探讨提高医学生早期识别儿科危重症能力的教学实践方法。方法将本校临床医学专业(儿科方向)学生随机分成2组,实验组42人运用危重症识别能力培养的教学模式,对照组42人运用传统教学方式。课程结束后统一进行考核,并对课堂教学效果进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行分析。结果实验组理论考核成绩(53.02±4.12)分、技能考核成绩(22.42±2.42)分,均高于对照组的(47.22±3.72)分、(16.05±3.22)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组在喜欢此种教学方式、认为收获大、提高了学习兴趣、学习积极性和主动性、临床思维能力、实践操作水平、理论结合临床实践能力、医护/患沟通能力、锻炼了心理素质等方面的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注重医学生危重症识别能力的培养,使儿科教育全方位化,为儿科医疗奠定坚实的基础,具有临床和教学的双重意义。Objective To explore the teaching practice method of improving the ability of medical students to identify the critical illness in early stage.Methods A Total of 84 students majoring in clinical medicine(paediatrics)in 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,42 in the experimental group using the teaching mode of critical illness recognition ability training,and 42 in the control group using the traditional teaching mode.At the end of the course,the theory and skills were assessed,and the effect of classroom teaching was investigated by questionnaire.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results The scores of theoretical examination[(53.02±4.12)]and skill examination[(22.42±2.42)]in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group[(47.22±3.72)and(16.05±3.22)],and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that the degrees of satisfaction of the experimental group,such as the harvest,learning interest,learning enthusiasm and initiative,clinical thinking ability,practical operation level,theory combined with clinical practice,medical/patient communication skill,and psychological quality,were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The training of critical illness recognition ability of students has double significances of clinical and teaching,and can make paediatric education all-round and lay a solid foundation for primary paediatric treatment.
