摘 要:为研究氮化硼纳米薄层在气凝胶疏水改性领域的应用前景,采用气相沉积法在二氧化硅气凝胶基底上制备了氮化硼纳米片薄层,研究了制备参数(制备温度、保温时间)对氮化硼纳米薄层的表面形貌及其疏水性能的影响。结果表明:生长涂层的最佳制备参数为生长温度1200℃,保温时间60 min。同时,生长涂层的表面形貌与参数关系不大,但是涂层的润湿性能与涂层的制备温度密切相关,在1100~1200℃之间实现了亲水到疏水的奇异转变,这归因于涂层表面化学组分的改变。本研究表明,氮化硼纳米涂层可实现二氧化硅气凝胶的疏水改性,表面化学组分起关键性作用。In order to explore the application prospect of boron nitride nano-thin layer in the field of hydrophobic modification of aerogel,boron nitride nano-sheet thin layer was prepared on the silica aerogel substrate by vapor deposition method.The effect of preparation parameters(preparation temperature,holding time)on the surface morphology and hydrophobic properties of boron nitride nano-thin layers was investigated.The results showed that the best preparation parameters for the growth coating were as follows:the growth temperature 1200℃and the holding time 60 min.At the same time,the surface morphology of the grown coating had little to do with the parameters,but the wettability of the coating was closely related to the preparation temperature of the coating.A singular transition from hydrophilic to hydrophobic was realized between 1100℃and 1200℃,which was attributable to changes in the chemical composition of the coating surface.This study shows that the boron nitride nano-coating can realize the hydrophobic modification of silica aerogel,and the surface chemical components play a key role.
