摘  要:针对现有谷物联合收获装备难以适应荞麦收获特性的问题,研制了一种荞麦割前气吸摘脱收获试验台。以喂入速度、喂入口风压和滚筒转速为影响因素,收获率和飞溅损失率为评价指标进行试验研究。通过正交试验确定了影响收获率的主次因素为滚筒转速>喂入口风压>喂入速度;影响飞溅损失率的主次因素为喂入口风压>喂入速度>滚筒转速。以收获率最大、飞溅损失率最小为优化目标,获得最佳参数组合为滚筒转速500 r/min、喂入口风压80 Pa和喂入速度0.5 m/s,此条件下可得试验台收获率86.37%、飞溅损失率9.23%。该研究可为荞麦机械化收获装备的相关设计提供参考。In order to solve problem that existing grain combine harvesting equipment is difficult to adapt to harvest characteristics of buckwheat,a stripping apparatus with air suction for buckwheat was developed.Feeding velocity,inlet air-flow pressure and cylinder speed were selected as impact factors,harvest rate and splash loss rate were taken as evaluation indexes for experimental study.Orthogonal design method was used for test design with influence factors of feeding velocity,inlet air-flow pressure and cylinder speed.By orthogonal test,it could be known that factors affecting harvest rate in order of their importance were cylinder speed,inlet air-flow pressure and feeding velocity,the largest effect on splash loss rate was caused by inlet airflow pressure,and followed by feeding velocity and cylinder speed.Taking maximum harvest rate and minimum splash loss rate as optimization objectives,best combination of parameters was cylinder speed of 500 r/min,inlet air-flow pressure of 80 Pa,feeding velocity of 0.5 m/s.Harvest rate was 86.37%while splash loss rate was 9.23%under this optimal parameter combination.The result could provide reference for related design of buckwheat mechanized harvesting equipment.
