醒脑静注射液联合丁苯酞治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合丁苯酞治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选取赤壁市中医医院2019年2月—2020年2月收治的血管性痴呆患者83例,随机分为参照组41例与试验组42例。参照组给予丁苯酞治疗,试验组在参照组基础上予以醒脑静注射液治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后焦虑评分量表(SAS)、抑郁评分量表(SDS)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、简易精神检查表(MMES)、韦式记忆量表(WMS)评分。结果试验组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组SAS、SDS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前HDS、MMES、WMS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组HDS、MMES、WMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合丁苯酞治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效确切,可改善患者负性情绪和痴呆状况。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods A total of 83 cases of patients with vascular dementia were selected from February 2019 to February 2020 in Chibi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and experimental group(42 cases).The control group was treated with butylphthalide,and the experimental group was treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,SAS,SDS,HDS,MMES and WMS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HDS,MMES and WMS scores(P>0.05);after treatment,HDS,MMES and WMS scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with butylphthalide has definite clinical effect in the treatment of vascular dementia,which can improve the negative emotion and dementia status of patients.
