重组人干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究重组人干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法选取都昌县第二人民医院2017年5月—2020年6月收治的宫颈HPV感染患者60例,依据数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组予以重组人干扰素治疗。2组均持续治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、HPV转阴率、治疗前后免疫指标[包括免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、外周血淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞比值],并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率、HPV转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组IgA、外周血淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组IgA、外周血淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)细胞分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床疗效确切,可有效促使HPV转阴,改善临床症状,提升患者免疫力,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus infection.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with cervical human papillomavirus(HPV) infection were selected from May 2017 to June 2020 in Second People’s Hospital of Duchang County,which were divided into control group and experimental group according to digital table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the experimental group was treated with recombinant human interferon.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 courses.Clinical efficacy,HPV negative rate,immune indexes(including IgA,peripheral blood lymphocytes,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) cell ratio) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate and HPV negative rate in the experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IgA,peripheral blood lymphocytes and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) cell fractions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of IgA,peripheral blood lymphocytes and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) cells in the experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon have an exact clinical effect for cervical HPV infection,which can effectively promote HPV to turn negative,improve clinical symptoms and enhance patients’ immunity,and with high safety.
