摘　　要：黄斑劈裂(MF)是高度近视后巩膜葡萄肿的最常见并发症之一。本文主要对高度近视MF的发生机制、病理改变、合并病变、自然病程及手术治疗进行综述。Macular foveoschisis is one of the most common complications of high myopic posterior scleral staphyloma.This article will introduce the mechanism,pathological changes,associated diseases,natural evolution and operative treatments of high myopic foveoschisis.
