摘 要:目的探讨miR-10b、肿瘤间质比(TSR)、miR-466与乳腺癌(BC)病理参数、预后关联性。方法选取2017-02—2019-02我院212例BC患者作为研究组,同期选取189例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为对照组。对比两组不同病理参数、不同预后患者miR-10b、TSR、miR-466,Spearman分析各指标与病理参数相关性,K-M曲线、多元线性回归分析各指标与预后关系。结果研究组miR-10b、miR-466、TSR水平高于对照组(P<0.05);不同临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、患者miR-10b、miR-466、TSR水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);miR-10b、miR-466、TSR水平与临床分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、组织学类型呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05);生存患者miR-10b、miR-466、TSR水平低于死亡患者(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析模型控制年龄、临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度、肿瘤大小、组织学类型等其他因素后,miR-10b、miR-466、TSR仍与预后显著相关(P<0.05);miR-10b、miR-466、TSR高危组生存率低于低危组(P<0.05)。结论miR-10b、miR-466、TSR在BC中呈异常状态,与BC病理特征、随访预后呈独立显著相关,可应用于BC辅助诊断及预后评估。Objective To explore the correlation between miR-10 b,tumor interstitial ratio(TSR),and miR-466 with pathological parameters and prognosis of breast cancer(BC).Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,212 patients with BC in our hospital were selected as study group,and 189 patients with benign breast tumors were selected as control group during the same period.The changes of miR-10 b,TSR,miR-466 were compared in patients with different pathological parameters and different prognosis between the two groups.Spearman analysis was used to study the correlation between each index and pathological parameters,and K-M curve and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between each index and prognosis.Results The levels of miR-10 b,miR-466 and TSR in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the miR-10 b,miR-466,and TSR levels of patients with different clinical stages,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,tumor size and histological type were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of miR-10 b,miR-466,and TSR were positively correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,tumor size,and histological type,and negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05);the levels of miR-10 b,miR-466 and TSR in survived group were lower than those in death group(P<0.05);after the multiple linear regression analysis model with controlled age,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,degree of differentiation,tumor size,histological type and other factors,miR-10 b,miR-466,and TSR were still significantly related to the prognosis(P<0.05);the survival rates of miR-10 b,miR-466,and TSR high-risk groups were lower than those of low-risk groups(P<0.05).Conclusion miR-10 b,miR-466,and TSR are at abnormal state in BC,which are independently and significantly related to the pathological characteristics of BC and the prognosis of patients.They can be used in the auxiliary diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of BC.
