摘　　要：临床药师参与1例毛霉菌感染急性呼吸衰竭患者的治疗过程,从抗真菌药物的选择、剂量、疗程和不良反应等方面实施药学监护。患者在使用两性霉素B治疗过程中,出现药品不良反应,医生采用临床药师建议,进行药物治疗方案调整,保障了患者用药安全、有效,为两性霉素B过敏患者提供了治疗参考。Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a case of mucorinfection with acute respiratory failure allergic to amphotericin B,and pharmaceutical care was carried out from the selection of antifungal drugs,dosage,course of treatment and adverse reactions. During the treatment with amphotericin B,the patient had adverse drug reactions. Doctors adjusted the treatment plan according to the suggestions of clinical pharmacists,realized the treatment process and guaranteed the medication safety of the patient,which provided the treatment reference for patients with amphotericin B allergy.
