不同剂量紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的分析晚期卵巢癌患者实施不同剂量紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月本院收治的50例晚期卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,根据不同剂量分为对照组(大剂量紫杉醇+卡铂,n=25)和实验组(小剂量紫杉醇+卡铂,n=25),比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、CA125水平及生存期。结果实验组临床总有效率(84.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),但差异无统计学意义。实验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组CA125水平低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。实验组生存期为(22.91±1.25)个月,长于对照组的(22.61±0.91)个月,但差异无统计学意义。结论晚期卵巢癌患者实施大剂量、小剂量紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗疗效、生存期相当,但小剂量治疗安全性高于大剂量。Objective To analyze the effects of different doses of paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods 50 patients with advanced ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to different doses,they were divided into control group(high-dose paclitaxel+carboplatin,n=25)and experimental group(low-dose paclitaxel+carboplatin,n=25),the total clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,CA125 levels and survival were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group(84.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CA125 level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.The survival time of the experimental group was(22.91±1.25)months,which was longer than(22.61±0.91)months of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with advanced ovarian cancer,high-dose and low-dose paclitaxel combined with carboplatin have the same curative effect and similar survival time,but low-dose treatment is safer than high-dose.
