摘　　要：目的探究丁苯酞胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取本院2018年10月至2019年9月收治的82例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采取抽签法随机分为实验组(n=41)与参照组(n=41),参照组患者实施尤瑞克林治疗,实验组患者实施丁苯酞胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后脑血流动力学指标、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者血管外周阻力低于参照组,平均血流量、脑血管平均血流速度高于参照组,治疗总有效率(97.56%)高于参照组(82.93%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论应用丁苯酞胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性缺血性脑卒,可改善脑血流动力学指标及神经功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the application effect and safety of butylphthalide capsule combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 82 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=41)and the reference group(n=41).The reference group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase,and the experimental group was treated with butylphthalide capsules combined with urinary kallidinogenase.The cerebral hemodynamic indexes,therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The peripheral vascular resistance of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the average blood flow and average blood flow velocity of cerebral vessels were higher than that of the reference group,the total effective rate(97.56%)was higher than that of the reference group(82.93%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusion Butylphthalide capsule combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can improve cerebral hemodynamics and neurological function,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
