摘　　要：以现有的住房保障政策评估指标体系为理论基础,建立住房保障政策评估层次结构模型,运用模糊AHP综合评价法计算各级指标的权重,对住房保障政策评估的4个一级指标:政策效率、资源保障、政策效益、政策回应及相应的14个二级指标进行定量的测度分析。在上述基础上,提出完善住房保障政策的相关建议。Based on the existing evaluation index system of housing security policies,this paper establishes a hierarchical structure model of housing security policies evaluation,and uses the model and AHP comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the weight of each index,and makes a quantitative measurement and analysis on the four first-level indicators of housing security policies evaluation:policy efficiency,resource guarantee,policy efficiency,policy response and 14 corresponding second-level indicators.On the basis of the above,puts forward some suggestions to improve the housing policies.
