航海类大学生职业安全素质培养路径研究

摘　　要：职业安全素质是船员岗位能力的重要组成内容。航海类大学生是国际船员的后备力量,因此加强航海类大学生安全素质培养以满足新时代船舶安全航行非常必要。在论述培养航海类大学生职业安全素质的重要意义和主要内涵的基础上,从教授安全知识、提升业务能力、强化技能评估等方面提出了培养其安全素质的路径。Occupational safety quality is an important part of crew’s post competence.Maritime college students are the reserve force for international crews.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the safety quality training for maritime college students to achieve ship’s safe navigation in the new era.On the basis of discussing the important significance and main connotation of cultivating occupational safety quality of marine college students,the paths for cultivating their safety quality are proposed from the aspects of teaching safety knowledge,improving service ability,and strengthening skill assessment.
