陈撄宁的内丹性命功夫论——《〈孙不二女功内丹次第诗〉注》探析

摘　　要：陈撄宁《〈孙不二女功内丹次第诗〉注》既是应对外来文化宗教入侵之作,又是近代道教文化转型之际的产物。该诗注涵盖炼己筑基、炼精化炁、炼炁化神和炼神还虚等内丹功夫次第思想。陈撄宁的内丹功夫次第论与北派丹法有较大差别,属于刘迅先生所说的“文人道教”的新内丹修炼法门。学界所谓陈撄宁未曾涉及内丹功夫次第的主张,显然与事实不符。Chen Yingning s Annotation on the Poem of Sun Bu-er s Nugong Neidan is the product of the transformation of modern social culture and Taoist culture.The annotation of this poem divides the Inter Alchemy of men and women in order,covering the steps of refining oneself and building foundation,refining essence into energy,refining energy into spirit and refining spirit to return to emptiness.The annotation of this poem embodies Chen s thought of Inner Alchemy cultivation.Obviously,the view that Chen Yingning didn t talk about the order of internal alchemy is inconsistent with the facts.Advocating a new Inner Alchemy cultivation method of“Literati Taoism”,Chen Yingning s theory of Inner Alchemy is quite different from that of the northern school.
