摘  要:良好的身体素养是学生健康有效地开展体力活动的基础。运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,对身体素养导向下的美国“综合学校体力活动计划”(CSPAP)进行了系统研究。研究认为在“情感+行为+认知+能力”理念的指导下,CSPAP的目标能够与学校优质体育活动实现有效接轨。通过组建CSPAP管理委员会,评估学生身体素养现状,帮助学生制定符合CSPAP要求的身体素养发展目标,预设符合CSPAP要求的学生身体素养发展成果,规划设立学生身体素养发展方案,使学生获得有关身体素养形成的知识与技能,进而增强学生参加体育锻炼的意愿与动机。通过树立积极的身体素养意识,促进学生有效练就与提升自己的身体素养能力和行为,并使其学生生涯形成的身体素养能够在步入社会之后继续保持和延续。Physical literacy is the basis for the students to carry out physical activity effectively.Through literature review,comparative analysis,and logical reasoning,the systematic study of CSPAP under the guidance of physical literacy was conducted.According to the research,under the guidance of the concept of“emotion+behavior+cognition+ability”,CSPAP's goal could be effectively integrated with the school's high-quality sports activities.Through the establishment of the CSPAP Management Committee,the assessment of the status of students physical literacy,the help of the students to develop physical literacy development goals in line with CSPAP requirements,the presupposition of the students'physical literacy development in line with CSPAP requirements,and the planning to establish student physical literacy development programs could enable the students to obtain knowledge and skills,thereby enhancing the students'willingness and motivation to participate in physical exercises.By establishing a positive sense of physical literacy,the students could effectively develop and enhance their physical literacy and behavior,which could be maintained after their entering the society.
