分析乳腺肿块治疗手段选用麦默通微创旋切与传统手术方式的临床疗效差异  

Analyze the Difference in Clinical Efficacy between Mammotome Minimally Invasive Atherectomy and Traditional Surgical Methods for the Treatment of Breast Masses

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺肿块治疗手段用选麦默通微创旋切与传统手术方式的疗效差异。方法方便选择2018年1月—2019年12月在菏泽医专附属医院诊治的100例乳腺肿块患者为研究对象,并以数表法将其均等划分为观察组及对照组。对照组采取传统手术方式治疗,观察组采取麦默通微创旋切术治疗,对两组的各项治疗指标、并发症发生情况进行对比。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量以及瘢痕长度分别为(18.17±1.79)min、(4.09±0.38)d、(5.38±0.51)mL、(2.53±0.24)mm,对照组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量以及瘢痕长度分别为(34.18±3.41)min、(7.12±0.07)d、(16.42±1.37)mL、(8.51±0.84)mm,观察组的各项治疗指标均比对照组更具优势,差异有统计学意义(t=29.395、3.026、4.766、48.402,P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为4.00%,对照组的并发症发生率为20.00%,观察组在并发症发生率方面比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。结论将麦默通微创旋切术应用于乳腺肿块的治疗中,能够更好地提升疗效,使患者对术后美容效果更为满意,且能够使并发症减少,与传统手术方式相比更为有效、安全。Objective To investigate the difference in curative effect between Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy and traditional surgical treatment for breast masses.Methods 100 patients with breast masses diagnosed and treated in the affiliated hospital of Heze medical college from January 2018 to December 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were equally divided into the observation group and the control group by the digital table method.The control group was the traditional surgical treatment,the observation group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy,and the treatment indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss and scar length of the observation group were(18.17±1.79)min,(4.09±0.38)d,(5.38±0.51)mL,and(2.53±0.24)mm,respectively.Operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,and scar length were(34.18±3.41)min,(7.12±6.07)d,(16.42±1.37)mL,(8.51±0.84)mm,respectively,the treatment indicators of the observation group had more advantages than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=29.395,3.026,4.766,48.402,P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 4.00%,and the complication rate of the control group was 20.00%,the observation group had a lower complication rate than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy in the treatment of breast masses can better improve the curative effect,make patients more satisfied with the postoperative cosmetic effect,and reduce complications,compared with traditional surgical methods,it was more effective,safer.
