摘 要:为确保钢水出净,对马钢65 t顶底复吹转炉冷却转炉终渣修补出钢面炉衬工艺进行理论研究与生产实践。通过对转炉终渣成分的控制和冷却转炉终渣修补出钢面炉衬过程操作的优化,在降低补钢面频次和耐材成本的同时,有效提高了转炉炉衬耐侵蚀能力和转炉作业率。与传统补炉砂补钢面工艺相比,补炉砂吨钢用量下降了17.74%,年节约补炉砂耐材成本150万元。In order to ensure the molten steel clean out,The theoretical research and production practice on the lining repair process of steel surface by the end slag of 65t top-bottom combined blowing converter cooling converter in Masteel.Optimizing operation of repairing steel lining bycontrolling composition of converter end slag and cooling converter end slag,While reducing the frequency of reinforcing steel surface and the cost of refractory,The erosion resistance of converter lining and converter operation rate are effectively improved.Compared with the traditional furnace sand filling process for steel surface,The amount of sand per ton steel used for recharging decreased by 17.74%,The 150 million yuan cost of refractory sand refractory was saved by per annum.
