摘  要:目的分析乳腺癌患者血浆D-二聚体水平与乳腺癌组织中Ki-67表达的相关性。方法选取50例乳腺癌患者,检测患者血浆D-二聚体水平,采用免疫组化染色技术检测乳腺癌病理标本中的Ki-67表达,分析血浆D-二聚体水平与临床病理特征及Ki-67的关系,癌组织中Ki-67表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果绝经前后患者的血浆D-二聚体水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者临床分期(TNM)越高血浆D-二聚体水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者原发肿瘤大小(T)越高D-二聚体水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移患者血浆D-二聚体水平高于无转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者组织学分级越高D-二聚体水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ki-67高表达患者D-二聚体水平高于低表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。50例患者中Ki-67低表达23例,高表达27例,经Spearman相关分析显示,乳腺癌组织中Ki-67表达情况与患者绝经状态无相关性(r=0.171, P<0.05),与TNM、T、淋巴结转移、组织学分级呈正相关(r=0.364、0.411、0.395、0.556, P<0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体水平、癌组织中Ki-67表达与乳腺癌的发生及发展密切相关,临床工作中监测乳腺癌患者D-二聚体和癌组织中Ki-67表达有助于对患者病情与预后的评估。Objective To analyze the correlation between plasma D-dimer in breast cancer patients and expression of Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues.Methods There were 50 breast cancer patients,and their plasma D-dimer level was detected,and immunohistochemical staining was used to detect Ki-67 expression in breast cancer pathological specimens.Analysis was made on the correlation between plasma D-dimer level and clinicopathological characteristics and Ki-67,and the correlation between Ki-67 expression in cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics.Results There was no statistically significant difference in plasma D-dimer levels between before and after menopause(P>0.05);the higher the clinical stage(TNM),the higher the plasma D-dimer level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the higher the primary tumor size(T)stage,the higher the level of D-dimer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma D-dimer level of patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that of patients without metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the higher the histological grade,the higher the level of D-dimer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of D-dimer in patients with high Ki-67 expression was higher than that in patients with low Ki-67 expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 50 patients,23 had low Ki-67 expression and 27 had high Ki-67 expression.Spearman correlation analysis showed that Ki-67 expression in breast cancer tissues was not correlated with the menopausal status of patients(r=0.171,P<0.05),but positively correlated with TNM,T staging,lymph node metastasis,and histological grade(r=0.364,0.411,0.395,0.556;P<0.05).Conclusion The level of plasma D-dimer and the expression of Ki-67 in cancer tissues are closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Monitoring the expression of D-dimer and Ki-67 in cancer tissues of breast cancer patients in clinical work is helpful
