牙周正畸联合治疗对慢性牙周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索针对慢性牙周炎患者实施牙周正畸联合治疗的方法及临床效果。方法 60例慢性牙周炎患者,均接受牙周常规检查、牙周基础治疗联合正畸治疗,观察临床疗效,比较治疗前后牙龈出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、临床附着能力和前牙间牙槽骨高度。结果 60例患者均顺利完成治疗干预,痊愈45例(75.00%),基本痊愈13例(21.67%),无效2例(3.33%),临床总有效率为96.67%。治疗后,患者牙龈出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度指标、临床附着能力和前牙间牙槽骨高度分别为(1.05±0.22)、(1.03±0.15)、(0.75±0.24)mm、(3.12±0.42)mm、(3.88±0.76)mm,均显著优于治疗前的(3.55±1.25)、(2.52±0.22)、(2.57±0.65)mm、(5.85±0.61)mm、(5.85±1.45)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性牙周炎患者实施牙周正畸联合治疗效果显著,有助于改善患者牙龈出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度指标、临床附着能力和前牙间牙槽骨高度等临床指标,促进患者尽快康复,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the method and clinical effect of combined orthodontic-periodontal treatment on chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic periodontitis all received routine periodontal examination,basic periodontal treatment combined with orthodontic treatment,and the clinical efficacy was observed.The gingival bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal pocket depth,clinical attachment ability and alveolar bone height between anterior teeth before and after treatment were compared.Results All 60 patients successfully completed intervention,45 cases(75.00%)were cured,13 cases(21.67%)were basically cured,2 cases(3.33%)were ineffective,and the total clinical effective rate was 96.67%.After treatment,the gingival bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal pocket depth index,clinical attachment ability and alveolar bone height between anterior teeth were(1.05±0.22),(1.03±0.15),(0.75±0.24)mm,(3.12±0.42)mm and(3.88±0.76)mm,which were significantly better than(3.55±1.25),(2.52±0.22),(2.57±0.65)mm,(5.85±0.61)mm and(5.85±1.45)mm before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined orthodontic-periodontal treatment shows remarkable effect on patients with chronic periodontitis,which can help improve the gingival bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal pocket depth index,clinical attachment ability and alveolar bone height between anterior teeth,and promote the early recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
