摘 要:为探究空气滤清器结构参数对发动机空气滤清器性能的影响,应用ANSYS软件,采用格子波尔兹曼方法和κ-ε湍流模型方法对滤清器内部流场进行数值模拟及仿真研究,滤芯部分采用多孔介质模型取代,以滤芯褶数、滤芯内外直径作为结构参数变量,着重研究结构参数变化对空气滤清器的流动均匀性、流通阻力和使用寿命的影响。研究结果表明:针对某型号发动机空气滤清器存在最优滤芯褶数、最佳滤芯内外直径;结构优化后的空气滤清器整体性能优于原始空气滤清器,改进后的空气滤清器流通阻力小、涡流数减少、速度冲击力小、空气流动均匀度增加。In order to explore the influence of the structural parameters of air filter on the performance of engine air filter,the flow field inside the filter was simulated by using the lattice Boltzmann method and turbulence model method with ANSYS software.The porous medium model was used to replace the filter element part,and the pleats of the filter element and the inner and outer diameters of the filter element were used as the structural parameters.The effect of the structural parameters on the flow uniformity,flow resistance and service life of the air filter was emphasized.The results show that the air filter of a certain type of engine has the optimal filter pleats and inner and outer diameter.The overall performance of the optimized air filter is better than that of the original air filter.The improved air filter has small flow resistance,reduced swirl number and small speed impact,the air flow uniformity is increased.
