“双一流”建设背景下智慧校园的规划——以北京航空航天大学为例

摘　　要：在数字校园迈向智慧校园发展的进程中,各高校需紧紧围绕“双一流”建设目标,结合自身定位,进行信息化建设顶层设计。在此背景下,文章首先针对智慧校园规划亟待解决的问题,提出了规划的基本思路。随后,文章介绍了北京航空航天大学构建的智慧校园规划的“四横两纵”式框架,并进行了详细阐述。最后,文章分析了北京航空航天大学提出的智慧校园规划的重点任务。北京航空航天大学对智慧校园的规划,有力地支撑了其“双一流”建设,并以信息化带动其治校理教的协同化、服务化、规范化、精细化,可为其他高校实施智慧校园建设提供参考。In the process of from digital campus development towards smart campus,colleges and universities need to focus on the goal of“double first-class”construction,and carry out the top-level design of informationization construction based on their own orientation.Under this background,the paper put forward the basic ideas of planning aimed at the problems that needed to be solved urgently in smart campus planning.Then,this paper introduced the“four horizontal and two vertical”framework of the smart campus planning constructed by Beihang University,and elaborated it in detail.Finally,the key tasks of the smart campus planning proposed by Beihang University were analyzed.The smart campus planning of Beihang University strongly supported the“double first-class”construction,and drove the collaboration,servitization,normalization and refinement of university management with informationization,expecting to provide reference for other universities to construct smart campus.
