摘 要:利用磁控形状记忆合金(MSMA)的可逆特性研制自感知执行器,实现机械力和电磁信号的相互转换,其双向换能的特性以MSMA元件为核心器件来实现。结合等效磁路法与有限元分析,对自感知执行器的铁心结构进行理论分析与设计,有效地减小磁路总磁阻以及降低装置的励磁功率。对于传感信号中的干扰成分,使用最小均方算法(LMS)的自适应滤波器进行信号处理,该滤波器可以根据信号频率的变化自动更新滤波器系数,不同频段的信号噪声被有效滤除。结合时分控制方法,设计自感知执行器传感和执行过程使用的开关电路,进行自感知执行器时序控制,实现传感信号与控制信号之间的解耦。The self-sensing actuator can realize the each other conversion between mechanical force and electromagnetic signal,which is developed based on reversible characteristic of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA),the two-way transduction characteristics were implemented by using the MSMA element as the key component.The equivalent magnetic circuit method and finite element analysis were combined to analyze and design the core structure of the self-sensing actuator,the total magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit and the excitation power of the device were reduced effectively.For the interference component in the sensing signal,signal processing using an adaptive filter in accordance with the least mean square algorithm(LMS),the filter can automatically update the filter coefficient according to the change of signal frequency,and the signal noise of different band is effectively filtered out.Combining the method of time-division control,the switch circuit was designed in the process of sensing and executing of the self-sensing actuator,and executed timing control the self-sensing actuator,the decoupling is accomplished between sensing signal and control signal.
