基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革在外科护理教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革在外科护理教学中的应用。方法:选择2018年7月—2019年7月86名2017级广西医科大学护理学院护理本科临床实习生,43名1班作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;2班43名作为观察组,实施互联网+进展性案例的教学改革模式,比较两组考核成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度、批判性思维能力。结果:观察组理论知识成绩、实践技能操作成绩均高于对照组;观察组自主学习能力评分高于对照组;观察组教学满意度高于对照组;观察组批判性思维能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在外科临床护理教学中实施基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革,护理实习生的考核成绩显著提高,有利于培养其自主学习能力和批判性思维,护理实习生对外科护理教学工作非常满意。Objective: To explore the application of teaching reform based on"Internet + progressive cases"in surgical nursing teaching. Methods: From July 2018 to July 2019, 86 clinical interns of 2017 undergraduate nursing in the hospital were selected.43 students in class 1 were included in the control group, used the traditional teaching model. 43 students in class 2 were included in the observation group, and the teaching reform model of Internet + progressive cases was implemented. The assessment results,autonomous learning ability, teaching satisfaction, and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared. Results: The theoretical knowledge scores and practical skills operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The self-learning ability score, the teaching satisfaction and the critical thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the teaching reform based on"Internet + Progressive Cases"in surgical clinical nursing teaching has significantly improved the assessment results of nursing interns, which is conducive to cultivating their independent learning ability and critical thinking. Nursing interns are very satisfied with the teaching of surgical nursing.
