摘　　要：集装箱底板是集装箱的重要组成部分,以前一直以进口木材为加工原料。竹质集装箱底板制造技术是集装箱底板产业发展的科技创新,在产品国产化和行业发展中发挥了重要作用。综述了竹质集装箱底板的发展历程和研究现状,对不同类型竹木复合集装箱底板的制造工艺、力学性能和优缺点进行了对比分析,在此基础上提出存在的问题,并预测竹质集装箱底板的未来发展趋势,以期推进竹质集装箱底板产业和相关箱板产业的快速发展。Container flooring is an important component of dry-container,which was fabricated mostly with imported hardwood.The manufacturing technology of bamboo-based container flooring was a technological innovation in the development of the container flooring industry and played an important role in product localization and the development of container industry.In this paper,the development and research status of bamboo-based container flooring were reviewed,and the manufacturing process,mechanical properties,characteristics of different types of bamboo-wood composite container flooring(BWCCF)were compared.Further,the present problems and future prospects of BWCCF industry were discussed with the purpose to make contribution to the development of the bamboo-based container flooring industry.
