摘　　要：为提高刨切竹单板的利用率,介绍了一种将刨切竹单板以机械搓卷方式制成卷管复合管的新工艺。该工艺主要包括竹单板涂胶、搓卷、缠绕定型、干燥固化和拉漆打磨等步骤,即将刨切竹单板裁剪成规格尺寸后双面涂胶,再通过卷管机卷成管状,将BOPP缠绕带通过碳素卧式缠带机和模具缠绕在卷管上使其定型,干燥固化后经过拉漆打磨工艺制成卷管。采用该工艺制造的竹单板复合管件可代替部分塑料管、玻璃管应用于室内装修、室外建筑等领域,使竹材附加值得以提高。In order to improve the utilization rate of sliced bamboo veneer,a new process of mechanically rolling the sliced bamboo veneer into a coiled composite pipe was introduced.The process mainly includes the steps of gluing bamboo veneer,rolling,winding and shaping,drying and curing,drawing and polishing.That is to say,the sliced bamboo veneer is cut into specifications and double-sided glue is applied,and then rolled into a tube by a tube reeling machine.The BOPP winding tape is wound on the roll tube by a carbon horizontal winding machine or a mold to make it shape,and after drying and curing,it is made into a roll tube by drawing and polishing process.The bamboo veneer composite pipe fittings manufactured by this process can replace some plastic pipes and glass pipes in indoor decoration,outdoor construction and other fields,and the added value of bamboo materials is improved.
