散打摔法技术的分析及实战应用研究

摘　　要：随着对竞技武术项目散打理论的不断探究,对于散打摔法技术理论方面的研究越来越多,该文以竞技武术的视角对散打的摔法技术进行了分类,并对其应用进行了研究分析。在该文中,按照摔法的不同,分为有把位摔和无把位摔两种,有把位摔包括抱臂夹颈摔、抱腰摔、抱腿摔,无把位摔包括扫腿和勾踢。这样对散打的摔法进行分类比较言简意赅,可以更好地为散打的教学和训练提供依据和参考。With the continuous exploration of the competitive martial arts Sanda project theory,for Sanda wrestling techniques more and more theoretical study of this paper from the perspective of competitive martial arts Sanda falls the law technology classification and its application are analyzed.In this paper,according to the different wrestling methods,it can be divided into two types:the one with a handle and the one without a handle.The one with a handle includes wrestling with arm clip,waist wrestling,holding leg wrestling.The one without a handle includes leg sweep and hook kick.In this way,the classification of Sanda is more concise and comprehensive,which can provide a basis and reference for the teaching and training of Sanda.
