高校器械健身课程融入“课程思政”的探索与实践

摘　　要：器械健身是以使用专门的健身运动器械为基础,结合人体解剖学的相关理论知识,以人体肌肉功能群为重点训练对象,经过系统化、专门性的器械训练,逐渐增加运动负荷与强度,从而使心理、身体机能及外形态达到一定提升的运动项目。器械健身课程中对于德育方面的知识十分丰富,以器械健身课程的自身特点入手,探讨“课程思政”理念融于高校器械健身课程的必要性,对于器械健身引入“课程思政”的实践途径进行探索与分析,针对其必要性提出“课程思政”融入高校器械健身教学的可行性建议。Fitness equipment is based on the use of specialized fitness equipment and combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of human anatomy.The key training object of fitness equipment is the human muscle function group.After systematic and specialized equipment training and the growing exercise load and intensity,certain improvements in mental,physical functions and body shape can be achieved.The fitness equipment course is full of moral education knowledge.This article explores the necessity of integrating the concept of"course of ideological and political education"into the college fitness equipment course,starting from the characteristics of the fitness equipment course.In addition,it investigates and analyzes practical methods of introducing"course of ideological and political education"into fitness equipment.In light of the necessity,it will put forward feasible suggestions of integrating"course of ideological and political education""into college fitness equipment teaching.
