宁夏普通高校毽球项目校本课程开发研究

摘　　要：随着体育教育改革的不断推进,强调大力弘扬民族传统体育项目进高校,毽球作为优秀的民族传统体育项目受到了大学生的青睐。该文以宁夏大学、宁夏师范学院、宁夏医科大学和北方民族大学为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和实地考察的方法,以毽球的价值为基础,结合宁夏普通高校的实际情况,对宁夏普通高校毽球校本课程开发的必要性和可行性进行研究,并对课程开设的不足之处提出一些对策。研究表明:在宁夏普通高校开发毽球校本课程是必要的也是可行的,但还需不断完善硬件设施,培养更多专业化的毽球师资力量,改善毽球教学方法,为宁夏各高校毽球校本课程的开发提供理论依据。With the continuous development of sports education reform,we will vigorously carry forward the traditional national sports into colleges and universities,and shuttlecock as an excellent traditional national sports program has been favored by college students.Based on the characteristics and values of shuttlecock,this paper takes Ningxia University,Ningxia Normal College,Ningxia Medical University and North Minzu University as the research objects,and combines the actual situation of Ningxia ordinary colleges and universities by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and field study.The necessity and feasibility of the development of this course in Ningxia’s general colleges and universities are studied,and some countermeasures are put forward for the shortcomings.The research shows that it is necessary and feasible to develop the course of shuttlecock in Ningxia colleges and universities,but it is necessary to constantly improve the hardware facilities,train more cricket teachers,improve the teaching method of shuttlecock,and provide theoretical basis for the development of the course of shuttlecock school in Ningxia colleges and universities.
