摘 要:该研究旨在对现有弹力带训练理论与文献进行分析,并结合篮球体能训练实践,进一步整理与归纳弹力带在篮球训练中的运用,探讨其作用与机制,从而为相关教练与运动员提供参考。研究认为:弹力带训练有助于提高篮球运动员的核心稳定性、动作协调性,增强最大力量与爆发力,并对损伤康复有很大的促进作用。在训练实践中应注重练习动作的准确性,并注意对训练负荷的把握,从专项出发选择适应的训练手段,以全面提升篮球运动员的竞技能力。The purpose of this study is to combine the training practice of high school basketball to analyze the existing theory and literature of elastic band training,further organize and conclude the application of elastic band in basketball training,discuss its function and mechanism,so as to provide reference for relevant coaches and athletes.According to the research,elastic belt training is helpful to improve the core stability and movement coordination of basketball players,enhance the maximum strength and explosive force,and promote injury recovery.In the practice of training,we should pay attention to the accuracy of training movements,pay attention to the control of training load,and select the appropriate training means from the special point of view,so as to comprehensively improve the competitive ability of basketball players.
