新时代乡镇学校体育问题及发展路径

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,总结乡镇学校体育中存在的问题,以“十四五规划”为契机,提出新时代乡镇学校体育发展的路径。面临的挑战为:学校对体育教学的顶层设计模糊、乡镇学校体育课程体系不健全、学校体育发展中城乡差距较大、体育教师的实质地位得不到重视。发展路径:注重顶层设计,实现对体育教学的深度认识;加大资金扶持,改善乡镇学校体育教学条件;强抓内外聚焦,构建乡镇学校体育教学体系;调控人事岗位政策、引进优秀教师;建立继续教育机制,重视乡镇学校体育教学人才培养。By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper summarizes the existing problems of physical education in township’s schools,and puts forward the development paths of township’s physical education taking the"14th five year plan"as an opportunity in the new era.The challenges are as follows:the vaguely top-level design of physical education teaching,the imperfect physical education curriculum system,the huge disparities between urban and rural areas in the physical education development,and the physical education teachers’unvalued status.Some development paths were put forward based on these challenges:Pay more attention to the top-level design for the better understanding of physical education teaching;increase financial support to improve the physical education teaching conditions of township’s schools;focus on the inside and outside development to construct the physical education teaching system of township’s schools;regulate personnel post policies to introduce excellent teachers;establish the mechanism of further education,attach importance to the training of physical education teaching personnel in township’s schools.
