摘　　要：目的探讨血清胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGrp)在小细胞肺癌患者放疗前后表达水平情况,以及其作为放疗效果监测评估指标的应用价值。方法选择2015年5月至2018年12月于我院放疗科收治并经临床病理确诊小细胞肺癌患者41例,利用电化学发光免疫(ECLI)检测技术测定放疗前后血清ProGrp水平表达情况。结果小细胞肺癌患者放疗后血清ProGrp水平(191.11±115.99)pg/ml显著低于对照组(339.19±199.30)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小细胞肺癌患者放疗后血清ProGrp明显降低,ProGrp可以作为SCLC放疗效果评估及病情监测的指标。Objective To explore the expression level of serum precursor gastrin releasing peptide(ProGrp)before and after radiotherapy in patients with small cell lung cancer,and its application value as an indicator for monitoring and evaluating the effect of radiotherapy.Methods From May 2015 to December 2018,41 patients with small cell lung cancer who were admitted and diagnosed clinically and pathologically in our hospital were selected.Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLI)detection technology was used to determine the serum ProGrp level expression before and after radiotherapy.Results The serum ProGrp level(191.11±115・99)pg/ml of patients with small cell lung cancer after radiotherapy was significantly lower than that of the control group(339.19±199.30)pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with small cell lung cancer Serum ProGrp decreased significantly after radiotherapy,and ProGrp can be used as an indicator for SCLC radiotherapy effect evaluation and disease monitoring.
