摘 要:目的通过检测血浆巨噬细胞炎性蛋白1α(MIP-1α)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平与肺癌脑转移的关系,为肺癌脑转移的临床诊断及疗效评价提供依据。方法收集肺癌脑转移患者(脑转移组)21例、肺癌其他器官转移患者(其他器官转移组)29例、健康者(健康对照组)21例。检测3组研究对象血浆MIP-1α、bFGF水平,检测脑放疗前后脑转移组患者血浆MIP-1α、bFGF水平,使用Pearson相关分析法明确各组血浆MIP-1α与bFGF的表达是否存在相关性。结果脑转移组患者MIP-1α、bFGF水平均高于其他器官转移组及健康对照组,其他器官转移组患者MIP-1α、bFGF水平均高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。脑放疗后脑转移组患者MIP-1α、bFGF水平均较脑放疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。在脑转移组和其他器官转移组中,MIP-1α与bFGF不存在相关性(P﹥0.05);在健康对照组中,MIP-1α与bFGF呈正相关(r=0.615,P=0.003)。结论MIP-1α、bFGF可能是肺癌脑转移相关的因子;MIP-1α、bFGF可以作为肺癌脑转移患者脑放疗效果评价的指标;MIP-1α、bFGF在肺癌脑转移患者中的表达不存在相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha(MIP-1α),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),and lung cancer with brain metastasis,and to provide evidence and evaluation for the clinical diagnosis and treatment efficacy of lung cancer with brain metastasis.Method A total of 71 people,including 21 lung cancer patients with brain metastasis(brain metastasis group),29 lung cancer patients with extracerebral metastasis(extracerebral metastasis group),and 21 healthy people(healthy control group)were collected.The plasma levels of MIP-1αand bFGF were detected in the three groups of subjects.The plasma levels of the indicators of patients in the brain metastasis group before and after brain radiotherapy were also detected.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine whether there existed a correlation between the expression of plasma MIP-1αand bFGF in each group.Result The levels of MIP-1αand bFGF in the brain metastasis group were higher than those in the extracerebral metastasis group and the healthy control group,the MIP-1αand bFGF levels in the extracerebral metastasis group were higher than those in the healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MIP-1αand bFGF in the brain metastasis group after brain radiotherapy were significantly lower than those before brain radiotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no correlation between MIP-1αand bFGF in the brain metastasis and extracerebral metastasis groups(P>0.05).MIP-1αwas positively correlated with bFGF in the healthy control group(r=0.615,P=0.003).Conclusion MIP-1αand bFGF could be relevant factors of lung cancer brain metastasis.They could be used as indicators for evaluating the effect of brain radiotherapy in patients with lung cancer brain metastasis.The expression of MIP-1αand bFGF does not correlate in patients with lung cancer with brain metastasis.
