摘　　要：近些年来,学术界对美育不断重视。随着国家及各地区关于加强学校美育教育系列政策性文件的出台,各地各校的美育工作取得了长足进步,同时新疆各高校的美育工作取得了一定的进展。本文分析了和田师范专科学校美育改革发展的背景、措施及其成效,并在此案例的基础上针对新疆高校普遍存在的美育师资力量缺乏、美育课程设置滞后、针对美育的深入研究不足及校园文化活动对美育功能发挥有限等问题,提出了进一步加强美育改革的建议,如以为新疆高校美育建设提供参考性示例及实用性意见。in recent years,the academic circles pay more and more attention to aesthetic education,especially with the introduction of a series of national and regional policy documents on strengthening school aesthetic education,the aesthetic education work of schools in various places has made great progress,and the aesthetic education work of colleges and universities in Xinjiang has made some progress.Hotan normal school are ana⁃lyzed in this paper the background,measures and achievements of the reform and development of aesthetic ed⁃ucation,and on the basis of the case for the prevalence of aesthetic education of xinjiang universities lack of qualified teachers,and aesthetic education curriculum lagging,in the light of the lack of in-depth research of aesthetic education and campus culture activities on the aesthetic education function limited,puts forward some Suggestions to further strengthen aesthetic education reform,such as the thought of aesthetic education in colleges and universities in xinjiang construction provides the reference sample and practical advice.
