西家苗语使用现状研究  

A Study on the Current Situation of Xijia Miao Language

摘　　要：西家苗语作为一种濒危方言,使用人口不超过1400人,经过问卷调查以及深度访谈,调查对西家苗族所在的九个村寨后发现:西家苗语的语言整体保存良好,但语言的活力不强。造成目前这样使用现状的原因主要涉及族际通婚、新媒体的渗透、语言态度的改变以及文化认同的弱化等,预测西家苗语呈现语言衰退的趋势。As an endangered dialect,Xijia Miao language is currently spoken by no more than 1400 people.This paper,by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,has surveyed nine villages where Xijia Miao groups are now living,and found that their language has generally been well preserved,but lacks due vitality.Contributors to its current situation mainly include the practice of marriage with other ethnical groups,the penetration of new media,the change of people’s attitude toward language and the weakening of cultural identity.Thus this paper makes a bold prediction of the decline of this language.
