摘 要:针对涡喷发动机的电动燃油泵出口压力精度低、电刷氧化造成起动电流对电控系统冲击大等问题,设计一种无刷直流电机燃油泵。研究了齿轮泵结构包括排量计算与偏移设计,对无刷直流电机进行了建模与有限元分析,并研究了齿轮泵结构与电机控制算法等对涡喷发动机燃油系统中出油口压力的影响。结果表明:在转速闭环状态,0.2~0.6 MPa不同出口压力下进行了测试,其出口压力精度满足±0.0025 MPa。结果证明了无刷直流电机燃油泵燃油系统的可靠性。According to the low outlet pressure accuracy of the electric fuel pump of the turbojet engine and the impact of the starting current on the electronic control system caused by the oxidation of the brush,this paper designs a brushless DC motor fuel pump.The gear pump structure including displacement calculation and offset design was studied,and the brushless DC motor is modeled and finite element analyzed.The effect of gear pump structure and motor control algorithm on the outlet pressure in the fuel system of the turbojet engine was studied.The results showed that,in the closed loop state,the test is performed at different outlet pressures from 0.2 to 0.6 MPa,its outlet pressure accuracy meets±0.0025 MPa.The results prove the reliability of the fuel pump fuel system of the brushless DC motor.
