摘  要:通过在加工中心上搭建链式刀库主机现场试验台,并在其上开展大量换刀试验,测量得到自动换刀装置到位精度及其对应状态下的振动信号,进而基于测量数据研究一种基于振动特征的自动换刀装置到位精度状态诊断方法,该方法首先需对振动信号进行集合经验模态分解得到IMF(Intrinsic Mode Function)分量,并计算各分量的能量熵值,然后利用核主元分析对能量熵值和时域特征值进行信息融合,并将融合后的数据整合为特征向量,最后利用支持向量机对自动换刀装置到位精度状态进行诊断。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现利用振动信号对自动换刀装置到位精度状态的评估。Through setting up the field test stand of the chain tool magazine on the machining center and carrying out a large number of tool changed tests on it,the positioning accuracy of the automatic tool changer and the vibration signal under the corresponding state can be measured.Based on the measured date studied on an automatic tool changer state diagnosis method based on vibration characteristics.Firstly,through the ensemble empirical mode decomposition of the vibration signals to obtain the IMFs(intrinsic mode function)components and calculated the energy entropy of each components.Then the energy entropy and time domain eigenvalue were merged by kernel principal component analysis,the merged data were integrated into the eigenvector.Using the support vector machine to diagnosed the positioning accuracy status of automatic tool changer.The experimental results shows that this method can be used to evaluate the positioning accuracy of automatic tool changer by vibration signal.
