摘 要:UV涂饰因其干燥速度快、VOCs排放量少和漆膜性能优异等优势,已经逐渐代替了传统的PU和PE涂饰技术,在木门涂饰中的应用具有广阔前景。概述了4种UV涂饰技术,UV静电喷涂、UV真空喷涂、UV往复式喷涂和UV辊涂,分别介绍了它们在木门涂饰中的应用进展,并对UV涂饰工艺的未来发展进行了展望。UV finishing has gradually replaced the traditional PU and PE finishing technology due to its advantages such as fast drying speed,less VOCs emission and excellent film performance.It has a broad prospect in the application of wood door finishing.In this paper,four kinds of UV finishing technologies,namely,UV electrostatic spraying,UV vacuum spraying,UV reciprocating spraying and UV roller coating,were summarized,their application progress in wood door finishing were introduced respectively,and the future development of UV finishing technology was prospected.
