摘 要:标准化病人(Standardized Patient,SP)是指那些经过标准化、系统化培训后,能够准确表现病人实际临床问题的正常人,于1964年Barrows提出并应用于医学生的临床教学中。近年来,SP广泛应用于客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)和临床医学实践教学中,其在医学教育中已被证实是一种非常有效的模拟教学方法,不仅能够帮助学生加深对相关知识的理解和提高适应临床的能力,也能为相关指导教师提供一个方便可行的教学工具。但以SP参与器官系统化教学中消化系统疾病病例讨论的方法较少见。因此,我们采用此方式探索SP在消化系统疾病实训教学中的辅助教学作用。Standardized Patient(Sp)refers to normal people who are standardized and systematically trained to accurately present patients actual clinical problems.It was introduced by Barrows in 1964 and used in clinical teaching recent years,SP is widely used in the Objective Structured Clinical Examination(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)and clinical medical practice teaching,it has been confirmed in medical education as a very effective simulation teaching method,not only can help students to deepen the understanding of relevant knowledge and improve the ability of adapt to clinical,but also provide a convenient and feasible for related teachers teaching tool.However,it is rare for SP to participate in the case discussion of digestive system diseases in organ systematization teaching.Therefore,we use this method to explore the auxiliary teaching function of SP in the practical training teaching of digestive system diseases.
