摘　　要：辅导员是高校思政工作的骨干力量,也是大学生日常管理以及思想政治教育的先锋队。"双高计划"背景下,积极建构符合党和国家发展需求的辅导员职业形象,对于促进辅导员队伍合理化建设,以及提升高校的人才培养成效具有重要作用。从CIS系统视角,对辅导员职业形象建设的3个维度进行分析,为辅导员职业形象的塑造和完善提供较为科学与具体的理论借鉴。The group of counselors is the backbone of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and is also the vanguard of the daily management of college students and ideological and political education.In the new era,actively constructing a professional image of counselors that meets the development needs of the party and the country plays an important role in promoting the rationalization of the counselor team and improving the effectiveness of talent training in universities.Analyzing the three dimensions of the construction of counselors’professional image from the perspective of the CIS system provides a more scientific and specific theoretical reference for the shaping and perfection of counselors’professional image.
