摘　　要：该文以探讨海南嚼槟榔者和非嚼槟榔者口腔疾病发病情况的差异为研究目的。将381位受试者分为两组,即嚼槟榔组(A组)为191例和非嚼槟榔组(B组)190例。对两组患者均进行口腔卫生、牙周疾病及口腔黏膜病变检查。结果显示,嚼槟榔组的口腔卫生状况、牙周疾病程度均较非咀嚼槟榔组差,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。嚼槟榔组的受试者溃疡、出血、白斑、白色角化的检出率均高于非嚼槟榔组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);嚼槟榔组的受试者口腔扁平苔藓、张口度受限、舌活动度受限的检出率稍高于或等于非嚼槟榔组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。因此该文认为嚼槟榔可导致口腔卫生状况变差,导致牙周疾病发生,并易发生口腔黏膜病。The article use investigate differences in oral lesion and disease prevalence between betel nut chewers and non-betel nut chewers among Hainan residents as the research purpose.A total of 381 subjects were divided into 2 groups,a betel nut chewing group(Group A,n=191)and a non-betel nut chewing(Group B,n=190).Both groups of patients were examined for oral hygiene,periodontal disease and oral mucosal lesions.The results shows that compared with Group B,Group A had poorer oral hygiene scores and periodontal indexes for gingivitis and periodontitis(P<0.01).Group A showed higher detection rates for ulcerations,mucosal bleeding,leukoplakia and leukokeratosis than Group B(P<0.01).The detection rate of oral lichen planus,restricted mouth opening,and restricted tongue movement in the betel nut chewing group was slightly higher than or equal to that of the non-betel nut chewing group,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Therefore,this article believes Betel nut chewing can lead to poor oral hygiene,aggravated periodontal destruction and the development of certain oral mucosal disorders.
