摘 要:目的本研究旨在探讨加长裂钻联合高速气涡轮切割机相对于常规劈骨分牙治疗在阻生牙拔除中的效果情况。方法选取2019年6月—2020年2月于医院口腔科就诊的确诊为慢阻生牙且需要拔除的患者共计122例,将入组患者应用随机数字表法平均分成两组,其中观察组与对照组各61例。对照组采用常规劈骨分牙疗法进行治疗,观察组采用加长裂钻联合高速气涡轮切割机对阻生牙进行拔除治疗。分别记录两组患者手术时间、疼痛评分、并发症发生率及生活质量评分情况,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组手术时间明显低于对照组,疼痛程度明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,以上结果间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加长裂钻联合高速气涡轮切割机相对于常规劈骨分牙治疗在阻生牙拔除中效果更好,患者痛苦更少,且并发症发生率更低。Obejective To investigate the effect of lengthened split drill combined with high-speed gas turbine cutting machine in the extraction of impacted teeth in comparison with conventional bone splitting.Methods A total of 122 patients who were diagnosed with chronic impacted teeth and need to be extracted in the dental department of the hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 were selected,and the enrolled patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,including the observation group and the control group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional bone splitting and teeth splitting therapy,the observation group was treated with an extended split drill combined with a high-speed gas turbine cutting machine to remove the impacted teeth.The operation time,pain score,complication rate and quality of life score of the two groups of patients were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results The operation time,the degree of pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences between the above results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended split drill combined with the high-speed gas turbine cutting machine was better than the conventional bone splitting in the treatment of impacted tooth extraction.Patients suffer less pain and have a lower rate of complications.
