乡村振兴背景下新型职业农民“双链”融合培育研究——以大庆市为例

摘　　要：新型职业农民是推动乡村振兴的关键,是加快现代化农业发展的重要支撑。目前,我国的新型职业农民很多研究和"培育"工作主要集中于培训方面,注重于"培",而忽略了"育"。为此,根据大庆市新型职业农民培育现状和产业发展的情况,指出大庆市新型职业农民培育存在培养机制不健全、产业载体支撑力度有限、培育资源丰富但发力不足等问题,从需求引导,创新培训方式;产业支撑,搭建产业链载体;主体推动,新绿领全程参与这3个方面提出了大庆市培育新型职业农民的"双链"融合发展策略。New professional farmers are the key to promoting rural revitalization and an important support for accelerating the development of modern agriculture.At present,a lot of research about our country’s new professional farmers and their cultivation are mainly focused on training,particularly on"training"and neglecting"education".Therefore,based on the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers in Daqing and its industrial development,the article found that the training mechanism for new professional farmers is not perfect;the support from industrial carriers is limited;the cultivation resources are rich but lack of a powerful impetus.Hence,it proposes the"two-chain"integrated development strategy for Daqing’s new professional farmers cultivation,i.e.,innovation in the cultivation mode according to actual demands;industrial support and industrial chain carrier construction;agricultural operators’promoting and new green collar workers’participating in the whole process.
