摘 要:为评价北京市中医全科医师规范化培训基层实践基地的教学水平,于2019年6月26-28日,对北京市19家中医全科医师规范化培训基层实践基地及该年度招收的65名学员进行调查,通过查验资料、病例示教、问卷访谈的方式,对基层实践基地的教学管理、教学过程、学员满意度进行评估,评价各基层实践基地的教学情况。调查结果显示,19家基层实践基地在教学管理方面的总评分均合格;病例示教得分90分及以上的基层实践基地有12家,占63.16%;学员对基层实践基地的总体满意度为90.63%。存在的问题主要有教学资源分布不均、制度建设不完善、档案留存不完整。北京市中医全科规培基层实践基地总体符合建设要求,师资队伍建设合理,教学方式多样,学员满意度较高,但教学管理仍不完善。This article aimed to evaluate the teaching levels of grassroots practice bases of TCM general practice standardized training in Beijing.From June 26th to 28,2019,a survey was conducted to 65 trainees this year in 19 grassroots practice bases of TCM general practice standardized training in Beijing.The teaching management,teaching process,and trainee satisfaction of the grassroots practice bases were evaluated through data checking,case-based teaching,questionnaire and interview with the trainees.The results showed that the total scores in teaching management of the 19 grassroots practice bases were all qualified;63.16%of the practice bases scored more than 90 points in case-based teaching;90.63%of the students interviewed felt a great satisfaction with the teaching effect of the grassroots practice bases.The main problems were uneven distribution of teaching resources,imperfect system construction,and incomplete archive retention.The grassroots practice bases of TCM general practice standardized training in Beijing have met the requirements of base construction.The construction of the teaching staff is reasonable,the teaching methods are diverse,and the student satisfaction is high,but the teaching management is still not perfect.
