摘　　要：[目的/意义]新型冠状病毒即COVID-19疫情在全球肆虐,科学界对冠状病毒做了大量的研究。梳理冠状病毒研究成果,了解该领域论文的主题演变规律和研究进展,能从理论上指导冠状病毒的未来研究方向,助力科研进步创新。[方法/过程]本文运用主题建模和网络分析方法,以美国白宫科技政策办公室推动创建的COVID-19文献库(CORD-19数据集)为例,根据3个典型冠状病毒(2003年非典型肺炎(SARS)、2012年中东呼吸综合征(MERS)、2019年新型冠状病毒(COVID-19))暴发的时间将其划分为4个研究阶段(1955—2002、2003—2011、2012—2018、2019—2020),从语义层面解读每个阶段冠状病毒的主题内容规律、主题文档分布规律、主题作者网络规律。[结果/结论]从历时性视角分析1955—2020年冠状病毒科学论文主题演变的一般规律,精准把握冠状病毒研究方向,并推动该领域的全球科研合作,共建人类命运共同体。[Purpose/Significance]The novel coronavirus(COVID-19)is raging around the world,and the scientific community has done a lot of research on the coronavirus.Sorting out the scientific research results of coronavirus and understanding the evolution rule and research progress of the thesis in this field can theoretically guide the future research direction of coronavirus and help scientific research progress and innovation.[Method/Process]This paper used topic modeling and network analysis methods,taking the COVID-19 research data set opened by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy as an example.According to the outbreak time of 3 typical coronaviruses(SARS in 2003,Middle East Respiratory Syndrome(MERS)in 2012,and Novel Coronavirus(COVID-19)in 2019),they were divided into 4 research phases(1955—2002,2003—2011,2012—2018,2019—2020).The topic content law,topic document distribution law,topic author network law of each stage of coronavirus from the semantic level were interpreted.[Result/Conclusion]The overall theme evolution rule of the coronavirus from a diachronic perspective during 1955—2020 was analyzed,the research direction of the coronavirus was accurately grasped,and global scientific research cooperation in this field was promoted to jointly build“human destiny community”.
