摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对我国校园冰雪运动的开展进行研究。我国校园冰雪运动开展的时代机遇主要表现为:推进“健康中国”建设提供了方向引领;两个规划、一个建议提供了政策契机;社会冰雪运动提供了有效助推力;“一带一路”倡议提供了交流平台。基于我国校园冰雪运动开展存在场地建设不足、专业师资匮乏、课程开发薄弱等现实问题,提出解决策略:立足政策引领,完善校园冰雪运动顶层设计;强化专业师资建设,提升教师冰雪运动教学素养;开发专项课程,丰富校园冰雪运动开展形式;借助社会力量,拓展冰雪运动联合教育机制;强化安全措施,保障冰雪运动安全健康开展。By using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper studied the snow and ice sports on campus in China.The paper analyzed opportunities for the development of campus ice and snow sports in China as follows:The construction of"Healthy China"provides the direction;"Two plans and one proposal"provide policy opportunities;social ice and snow sports provide a powerful impetus;"The Belt and Road Initiative"provides a communication platform.Based on the existing problems in the development of campus ice and snow sports in China,such as lack of site construction,lack of professional teachers,and weak curriculum development,this paper put forward the following solutions:We need to advance the top-level design of campus ice and snow sports based on policy guidance,improve teachers'quality by strengthening the construction of professional teachers,develop special courses to enrich the form of ice and snow sports on campus,expand the joint education mechanism of ice and snow sport with the help of social forces,strengthen safety measures to ensure the safe and healthy development of ice and snow sports.
