摘 要:装配式建筑是建筑工业化的重要标志,但由于施工、生产及运输等多个作业空间不能有效协同导致的建筑成本高、工期优势不明显成为其推广应用的瓶颈问题。在对装配式建筑生产施工调度过程分析的基础上,以缩短施工进度及协同各作业空间为目标,基于建造过程研究作业空间的协同管理机制,建立装配式建筑项目全过程协同调度模型,采用粒子群算法对该模型进行求解,寻求最短工期及最优的调度计划,为合理安排现场施工作业,协调生产及运输空间的调度提供理论参考和实践支持。Prefabricated buildings are an important symbol of the industrialization of buildings.However,due to the ineffective coordination of multiple workspaces such as construction,production and transportation,the high construction cost and the inconspicuous construction period advantage have become the bottleneck of its promotion and application.Based on the analysis of the assembly-type building production and construction scheduling process,with the goal of shortening the construction schedule and coordinating each work space,based on the construction process to study the collaborative management mechanism of the workspaces,establish a coordinated scheduling model for the entire process of assembly-type construction projects,using particles The group algorithm solves the model,seeks the shortest construction period and optimal scheduling plan,and provides theoretical reference and practical support for the rational arrangement of on-site construction operations,linkage production and transportation space scheduling.
