摘　　要：介绍智库研究现状,基于CTTI网站调查分析医学智库基本情况、机构宗旨与发展规划,阐述医学院校图书馆智库功能实现路径,包括加强对医学生的引导与教育、促进医学跨学科发展、提升医学相关政策决策支持能力等。The paper introduces the study status of the Think Tank,investigates and analyzes the basic information,the purpose of the institution and development plan of the medical Think Tank based on the CTTI website,expounds the way to realize the function of Think Tank in libraries of medical universities and colleges,including strengthening the guidance and education of medical students,promoting the interdisciplinary development of medicine,enhancing the decision-making support ability of medical related policies,etc.
