摘　　要：基层军医岗位胜任力不足和部队卫勤保障需求持续增长的矛盾是影响战斗力生成的重要因素,这在新时期海军使命任务变化时尤为突出,加强毕业后医学教育,对增强海军基层军医专业技能,提升一线救治保障能力有重大帮助。文章结合海军卫勤的特点,以毕业后医学教育为切入点,从改革体制机制、加强人员轮转、建立培训体系等方面提出意见和建议。The contradiction between the incompetence of grassroots military doctors and the continuous increase in the demand for military medical support is a critical factor affecting the generation of combat effectiveness, which is particularly prominent with the substantial changes in the Navy’s missions and tasks in the new era. Strengthening post-graduation medical education is of great significance to enhancing the professional skills of the Navy’s grassroots military doctors and to improving the ability of frontline treatment support. Based on the characteristics of naval medical services, this article takes post-graduation medical education as a starting point and puts forward suggestions from such perspectives as reforming the system and mechanism, strengthening personnel rotation, and establishing a training system.
