摘  要:在进行某沿海城市实景三维数字模型建设的同时,还要考虑应用问题,如海岸带测绘、滩涂测绘、高铁、大型建筑、重要基础设施的形变监测等。应用倾斜摄影测量获取高分辨率影像,形成点云数据构建DEM,尚达不到厘米级以上精度,InSAR与点云融合重构DEM,精度可以提升至毫米级。InSAR+倾斜摄影方法,打破了传统高程测量的认知,应用前景广阔。During the construction of a real 3D digital model of a coastal city,application issues should be considered,such as surveying and mapping of coastal zone,surveying and mapping of Tidal flat,high-speed railway,large-scale buildings,deformation monitoring of important infrastructures,etc.Applying oblique photogrammetry to obtain high-resolution images and forming Point Cloud data to construct DEM,the accuracy could not reach the level above centimeter,while reconstructing DEM by InSAR and Point Cloud could improve the accuracy to millimeter level.Integrating InSAR and oblique photography breaks the cognition of traditional elevation measurement,it has a broad application prospect.
