摘  要:卵巢癌作为女性生殖系统三大恶性肿瘤之一,因其早期症状多不明显,出现相应症状时多已是疾病的晚期,使得卵巢癌治疗难度大、死亡率高。一经确诊,多行手术治疗,术后再进行数个疗程的紫杉醇联合铂类(TP)方案化疗,以增加患者的生存率。但化疗耐药的出现却制约了这种联合治疗的效果,甚至导致治疗的失败。因此,对化疗耐药产生的相关机制探索,并给予对症处理,这对逆转化疗耐药性、增强治疗效果具有不可估量的意义。本文将就卵巢癌化疗耐药相关基因及调控因子作用机制的研究及进展进行综述,为进一步研究提供新思路。Ovarian cancer is one of the three major malignant tumors of the female reproductive system,because its early symptoms are often not obvious,and when the corresponding symptoms appear,it is mostly in the late stage of the disease.Therefore,the treatment of ovarian cancer is difficult and the mortality rate is high.Surgery is often the initial treatment of ovarian cancer,followed by several courses of paclitaxel combined with platinum(TP)chemotherapy,which greatly increases the survival rate of patients.However,the emergence of chemotherapy resistance limits the effectiveness of this combination therapy,and even leads to the failure of the treatment.Therefore,exploring the relevant mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance and giving symptomatic treatment is of great significance for the reversing the chemotherapy resistance and enhancing the therapeutic effect.This article reviews the research progress of the mechanisms of ovarian cancer resistance to chemotherapy,in order to provide new ideas for further research.
